The Manager, Salesforce Platform Engineering will lead a team of Salesforce engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating scalable, secure, and resilient Salesforce solutions that power our Go-To-Market and Customer 360 strategy.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap for the Salesforce platform, upholding modern engineering and DevOps practices, and partner closely with Enterprise Cloud Technology (ECT) and GTM leadership to translate business objectives into high-quality technical solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will guide architecture and design decisions, review code and solutions, and mentor team members while ensuring the platform is reliable, performant, and ready to scale.
