A Little About the Role
The Marketing Operations Specialist is a critical component of our marketing engine. This role manages the systems, data, and processes that power scalable, measurable, and high-performing marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), optimizing our marketing technology stack, delivering actionable analytics, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly from launch through analysis. Reporting to the marketing operations manager this role spans marketing technology, marketing analytics and campaign execution.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain marketing technology stack, including MAP
- Build, optimize, and maintain engagement studio programs, automation rules, dynamic lists and segmentation logic, email templates, landing pages, and forms
- Develop and implement marketing workflows and standardized processes
- Create and maintain marketing dashboards and performance reporting across Pardot, Salesforce and Power BI
- Support lead management and lead scoring initiatives
- Manage campaign setup end-to-end including campaign hierarchy, Salesforce campaign alignment, Tracking parameters (UTMs) and attribution readiness
- Perform data hygiene and database management
- Monitor sync errors, data discrepancies, and platform health; proactively troubleshoot issues
- Assist in developing and maintaining marketing technology integrations
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years' of marketing operations or marketing technology experience
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and process optimization capabilities
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills
- MAP system administration experience
- Marketing automation platform expertise
- Data visualization tools knowledge
- Basic SQL and reporting skills
- Pardot certification
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations

Salary
$74,000 - $85,500/year DOE
Location
This position is based in our Denver, CO office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
