About the Role
NinjaOne is scaling rapidly across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, and Salesforce sits at the center of how our GTM teams execute. We're hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect lead to join our Sales Systems team in a high-impact role responsible for hands-on solution design as well as technical leadership, mentorship, and execution oversight across our sales technology ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to translate defined business requirements and system strategy into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM Operations teams, and end users to ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient, and drive productivity across the revenue organization.
The ideal candidate blends deep Salesforce expertise with a strong execution mindset, understands the power of low-code tools like Salesforce Flows, and is motivated by simplifying complexity. You’re not just solving individual problems — you’re building durable solutions that scale, reduce operational friction, and unlock value for both teams and customers.
Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (In the office 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday)
What You’ll be Doing
- Salesforce Solution Design & Architecture
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to established Sales Ops and Systems strategy. Champion a Flows-first, low-code approach to accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt. Ensure solutions are maintainable, performant, and easy to support. Review and approve solution designs to ensure consistency and quality across the platform. - Team Leadership & Enablement
Act as the technical team lead for Salesforce administrators and integration specialists. Mentor team members on solution design, troubleshooting, and platform best practices. Help break down work into executable components and delegate effectively. Raise the technical bar of the team through coaching, reviews, and shared standards. - Cross-Platform Systems Execution
Partner with Sales Systems teammates to implement solutions across Salesforce and adjacent tools (Workato, LeanData, DealHub, Chili Piper, Salesloft). Support reliable integrations and workflows that power lead routing, opportunity management, forecasting inputs, and quote-to-cash handoffs. Act as an escalation point for complex system issues and integration challenges. - User-Centered Delivery & Adoption
Collaborate with Sales Ops, SDR Ops, CS Ops, and Channel Ops to ensure solutions match real workflows. Design systems that prioritize usability, clarity, and adoption — not just technical correctness. Support rollout planning, change communication, and post-launch iteration. - Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate manual work. Partner with Sales Ops and Analytics to ensure system changes support accurate reporting and forecasting. Maintain platform health, documentation, and architectural standards.
