REQUIREMENTS
- Total experience: 9+ years experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
- Experience in digital analytics across web and mobile applications
- Experience designing customer journey measurement frameworks and KPI models
- Hands-on experience with data views, segments, calculated metrics, and filters in CJA
- Knowledge of event taxonomy, tagging, and identity resolution
- Experience performing funnel, pathing, cohort, and drop-off analysis
- Experience in data QA, validation, and troubleshooting analytics implementations
- Ability to develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
- Experience translating business requirements into analytics solutions
- Experience working in Agile and client-facing environments
- Strong analytical, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills
- Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certification
- Consulting or professional services experience
- Exposure to experimentation, personalization, or optimization analytics
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with stakeholders to define journey measurement frameworks and KPIs
- Translate business questions into Customer Journey Analytics use cases
- Design and implement CJA solutions across web, mobile, and digital channels
- Configure data views, segments, metrics, and filters
- Enable cross-channel journey analysis including funnels and pathing
- Define event taxonomies and analytics requirements
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate data capture and validation
- Perform data QA and troubleshooting to maintain reporting accuracy
- Develop dashboards and deliver insights to support optimization and personalization
- Conduct pre- and post-launch analysis to measure impact
- Contribute to solution design, estimation, and delivery planning
- Act as a trusted analytics advisor to stakeholders
