What you’ll be doing
As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business success. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into high-quality applications using Salesforce best practices. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development: Building custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Solution Design: This involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and designing effective solutions using Salesforce technologies.
- Testing, Quality Assurance and Code Reviews: Developing and executing test plans, performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Submitting and reviewing pull requests.
- Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Documenting technical designs, code, configurations, and system processes, and sharing knowledge with the team.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Sales & Service Cloud).
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and declarative automation tools.
- Understanding of asynchronous patterns (Platform Events, Queueable, Batch, Future methods).
- Experience with DevOps processes (Git, CI/CD) and tools like VS Code and SFDX CLI.
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in agile development environments.
PREFERRED AND BONUS QUALITIES:
- Knowledge of integration concepts (REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP requests).
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Location & Schedule:
This position is posted as remote, but Denver, CO applicants are preferred and will be prioritized for interviews. In alignment with company policy, candidates who reside within a 35-mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be expected to work a hybrid schedule:
- Remote: Mondays and Fridays
- On-site: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
The compensation range for the Salesforce Developer role is $110,000-$130,000 annually. This range reflects current market standards and may vary based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
