Principal, Technical Data Product Manager

THE ROLE:
As a Technical Data Product Manager, you'll spearhead strategic growth and technical excellence. You'll blend deep technical data expertise with product management mastery to proactively identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and elevate our technical solutions.
A key part of your role is to translate business requirements and loosely documented visions into actionable development tasks. You'll bridge technical, creative, and business teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
The internal product you will be working on is an essential component of the day-to-day of Paid Media & Marketing teams workflows. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of paid media and digital marketing data solutions (or has experience working in digital marketing environments) alongside extensive experience in data product development.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Expertise in driving strategic ownership and developing roadmaps for data products.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, AI, Analytics) to build data-driven solutions.
- Ability to integrate AI technologies to optimize workflows and automate routine tasks.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and aligning product vision with stakeholder needs.
- A data-informed approach to assessing performance and implementing product improvements.
- Proven leadership in managing communication channels among diverse project stakeholders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4+ years of product management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Experience working with data engineers and analysts, supporting data solutions or warehouses.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in cloud platform architecture (GCP a plus) and marketing operations is a plus.
- Expertise in data solutions and understanding foundational data concepts, specifically data solutions to enable marking operations as a plus
