The RoleÂ
As an Senior Engagement Manager, you’ll be the trusted guide for our clients—leading projects, building relationships, and making sure each engagement delivers tangible business value. From pre-sales through implementation, you’ll be the go-to leader ensuring our clients succeed and our teams thrive.Â
This role blends project management, customer success, and strategic thinking—perfect for someone who loves making things happen and enjoys the fast pace of working with innovative, high-growth businesses.Â

What You’ll Be DoingÂ
No two days are exactly alike, but here’s a glimpse of what you’ll lead:Â
- Serve as the project or program point of contact and strategic advisor for key client relationshipsÂ
- Own the success of engagements by aligning client goals with solution delivery outcomesÂ
- Drive long-term client value and satisfaction across Salesforce initiativesÂ
- Collaborate with internal delivery leads to ensure solutions are on track and aligned to strategyÂ
- Anticipate and mitigate risks that could impact client satisfaction or account growthÂ
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accountsÂ
- Shape and guide change management and user adoption strategiesÂ
- Represent Orion’s values and capabilities in key moments that matter—internally and externallyÂ
- Support pre-sales strategy and scoping conversations to define meaningful business outcomesÂ
- Travel as needed for workshops, key milestones, and account developmentÂ

What You BringÂ
You’re a natural collaborator, problem-solver, and relationship-builder. You think two steps ahead and know how to lead people and projects with heart and hustle.Â
Here’s what we’re looking for:Â
- Client-facing experience within the Salesforce ecosystemÂ
- Strong project management chops—agile experience is a big plusÂ
- Contribute to requirements gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable deliverablesÂ
- Facilitate end-user training and support documentation to drive adoption and ensure project successÂ
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, from the boardroom to the Zoom roomÂ
- Confidence in managing priorities, timelines, and people under pressureÂ
- Experience growing client relationships and spotting new opportunitiesÂ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experienceÂ
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) are a strong plusÂ
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
