About the Role
As Marketing Operations Specialist I, you will execute and optimize email marketing and integrated campaigns across webinars, nurtures, events, and more. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure campaigns are built accurately in HubSpot and Salesforce, aligned to lifecycle stages and scoring, tracked with clean UTMs, and reflected in reporting dashboards. You’ll support segmentation, email governance, deliverability, and database health while identifying opportunities to improve execution, especially utilizing automation and AI. Your work ensures a seamless experience for prospects, reliable data to inform future decisions, and full activation of our growing database.

You’ll grow your technical skills by working alongside a strong team and using best-in-class tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Clay, and Asana to drive pipeline.
