Get to Know the Role
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations System, you will be the business and technical gatekeeper of our regional sales infrastructure. You will translate complex, requirements into functional Salesforce (SFDC) tools and workflows.
You aren't just managing a system; you are architecting how our sales teams work with technology to improve revenue. You blend technical CRM mastery with the "curiosity" to solve deep-rooted operational problems. You are passionate about super App and technology and have the to act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and is fully onsite at the Malaysia's First Avenue Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Salesforce Project & Roadmap Execution
- Project Managed and Support the long-term development roadmap for the Commercial Salesforce system.
- Translate needs into detailed technical requirement documents (BRDs) for the Developer teams.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-User Training, and Go-Live activities for new features.
- Collaborate with Grab's Salesforce Developers to resolve technical roadblocks and ensure delivery.
Governance & Process Excellence
- Establish SOPs for the end-to-end usage of Salesforce (Lead, Account, and Opportunity management).
- Maintain the RACI matrix for system-related projects to ensure clear accountability.
- Manage user access levels and conduct regular training sessions for all users.
- Develop a governance framework to ensure data integrity and prevent "data tampering."
System Optimization & Integrations
- Design Account Hierarchies to ensure accurate macro and micro-level reporting with Commercial Excellence team.
- Lead the integration of external tools (e.g., Ticketing systems, PowerBI, and Marketing Automation.
- Partner with Marketing to automate lead generation and qualification processes.
Advanced Reporting and Insights
- Maintain high-visibility Salesforce Dashboards for Regional and Country Sales Heads.
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to produce weekly revenue forecasting and funnel health reports.
