Get to Know the Role
As the Senior Analyst, Commercial Process, you will drive regional growth by designing and optimizing scalable, AI-integrated lead-to-cash workflows and CRM systems.
This role reports to the Head of Sales Operations and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Process Optimization: You will support the end-to-end commercial lead-to-cash process by identifying bottlenecks and implementing workflow improvements across markets.
- Tool Enablement: You will support the rollout and adoption of AI-powered sales tools to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
- Collaboration: You will partner with Finance, Product, and Tech teams to build automation projects and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Documentation & Governance: You will fevelop SOPs, guides, and training materials to standardize commercial best practices across the region.
- CRM Management: You will translate commercial strategies into structured Salesforce workflows, ensuring high data integrity and system performance.
- Project Execution: You will support regional programs aimed at removing friction in the sales cycle and improving overall operational efficiency.
