REQUIREMENTS
- Total 13+ years of experience in project management and delivery leadership.
- Prior experience working on Salesforce projects and enterprise implementations.
- Strong background in project delivery, operational management, and team building.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with global cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in setting up or scaling delivery teams or office locations is preferred.
- Strong skills in risk management, project planning, and stakeholder communication.
- Good understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with global teams to ensure projects align with business goals and client expectations.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans as required.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Partner with HR and leadership to hire top talent and support team expansion.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company values and performance standards.
