Back-End Developer (Optimizely CMS/ CMP & Personalization Integration)- Work From Home

We are currently looking for Back-End Developer (Optimizely CMS/ CMP & Personalization Integration)- Offshore for our UAE  operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Experience with Optimizely CMS 12+, CMP, and Personalization.
• Familiarity with Optimizely Service API, Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and CR APIs.
• Hands-on experience with tracking data pipelines and analytics integrations.
• Strong understanding of personalization concepts, customer segmentation, and content affinity.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud hosting and deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Customize Optimizely CMS features (content types, blocks, workflows).
• Implement integrations with CMP (Content Marketing Platform) for content planning and publishing.
• Develop APIs to connect CMP with CMS, CRM, and DAM systems.
• Configure and implement Content Recommendations & Personalization rules.
• Handle event tracking, user profile data, and personalization logic on the server side.
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and compliance with data regulations.
• Collaborate with front-end teams to deliver personalized experiences.
