You will report to the Commercial Systems Technical Architect, and work onsite at our office in Bangalore.
Get to Know the Role
You will play a critical role in Salesforce Platform Design & Architecture and lead a team of external developers and consultants on an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve adoption.
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Developer specialising in Commercial Systems (Salesforce) to join our team. You will;
- Lead the development of advanced Salesforce solutions for our commercial systems
- Design custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs to refine business processes
- Improve existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design patterns
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, recommending improvements to our systems
The Daily Activities
- Individual contributor who will also lead a team of internal/external Salesforce developers spread across different regions.
- Guide software architecture and enterprise capabilities, and design complex solutions.
- Requirement Analysis, effort estimation, promoting best practices recommendations, Solutions presentation, and collaboration.
- Support in creating business and technology roadmaps with Business CRM and Operations (BCO), Procurement & GTS leadership.
- Be a driver of change to improve our ability to serve Grabbers; including identifying gaps in processes, data lifecycle, or new relevant releases in Salesforce platform offerings
