Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our leadership team in Phnom Penh. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own the marketing roadmap for Cambodia. You will lead the Country Marketing and Creative teams to design and execute integrated communications, including partnerships, ATL/BTL strategy, and end-to-end consumer experience design.
You will act as a strategic partner to the Country Business Heads, translating business objectives into growth marketing plans while managing budgets and measuring return on investment.
This is a fully onsite role.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will:
- Manage marketing strategy for Grab Cambodia: Identify problem spaces in the Cambodia market, deconstruct complex challenges, and design marketing solutions that deliver measurable brand impact.
- Develop marketing roadmaps: Create half-yearly and quarterly marketing plans across several verticals. Translate our priorities into clear narratives, campaign frameworks, and execution plans.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution: Plan and implement major marketing campaigns from initial creative briefing through multi-channel distribution to post-mortem analysis.
- Collaborate across functions: Be the primary marketing stakeholder for Mobility, Deliveries, and Operations teams, ensuring marketing efforts address supply-side challenges and drive demand.
- Lead and develop your team: Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing coaching and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
- Present to leadership: Deliver marketing business reviews and quarterly plans to the Country Leadership Team and Regional Marketing heads.
- Manage the marketing budget: Oversee the country's marketing spend across GrabAds, in-app communications, and external media to maximize User Acquisition and retention.
