Full Stack Developer (Optimizely CMS)- Offshore

We are currently looking for Full Stack Developer (Optimizely CMS)- Offshore for our UAE operations.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Optimizely CMS 12+, CMP, and Personalization.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• Strong programming in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Hands-on experience with Lit framework and Web Components.
• Familiarity with Optimizely Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and Personalization APIs.
• Understanding of event tracking frameworks and integration with analytics tools.
• Experience implementing A/B tests and personalized UI variations.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practices.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain user interfaces for Optimizely CMS using Lit (Web Components).
• Integrate with Optimizely CMP APIs to display content from DAM.
• Implement personalized UI components consuming Content Recommendation APIs.
• Ensure event tracking for personalization (clicks, views, conversions).
• Collaborate with back-end developers to deliver headless and hybrid experiences.
• Optimize front-end performance for personalization-driven content.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly implementation.
