This is a senior hands-on technical administration role focused on owning and optimizing a mission-critical Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform built on Salesforce and Certinia. You will act as the primary technical expert responsible for configuring, enhancing, and maintaining scalable PSA solutions that support global services operations. The role combines deep system administration expertise with solution design responsibilities across project management, resource allocation, time tracking, and financial forecasting processes. You will work closely with business leaders across professional services, customer success, and revenue operations to translate business needs into reliable system capabilities.
