Acting as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce development teams, you will ensure operational requirements are accurately translated into scalable technical solutions. The role blends deep Salesforce expertise, advanced analytics, and strong process design capabilities, with a strong emphasis on automation and AI-driven workflow transformation. You will also play a key role in improving data consistency across tools, enabling better forecasting, visibility, and decision-making across the organization.
