We are looking for an Specialist -Marketing Operations to support the execution,
optimization, and management of global email marketing campaigns. This role will be
part of Marketing Operations, and work closely with Demand Generation, Content, and
Regional Marketing teams to build and deploy campaigns while ensuring operational
excellence and scalability.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce CRM,
and modern AI-driven approaches used in email marketing operations and campaign
management. Marketo Certification is Mandatory.
Build, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and
operational workflows within Marketo
- Configure and QA emails, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, segmentation, and audience targeting
- Support end-to-end campaign execution including scheduling, testing, approvals,and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Content, Digital Marketing, and Sales Operations
- Ensure data accuracy, campaign hygiene, and compliance with marketing and privacy standards
- Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, sync errors, and operational workflows
- Support Salesforce CRM integration processes including lead flow, campaign attribution, and sync management
- Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve campaign operations, email personalization, content optimization, audience segmentation, and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive campaign tasks and streamline marketing workflows using AI-enabled solutions
- Maintain campaign documentation, operational processes, and best practices
