MarTechJobs.io ("we", "us") is a job board for marketing technology professionals. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
What we collect
- Email address — only if you subscribe to job alerts. We use it solely to send you relevant MarTech job updates.
- Account details — if you create a free account: your name, email, and the preferences, saved jobs and alerts you choose to add.
- Your resume (optional) — only if you save it to your account for resume matching. We store the extracted text, never the file. It is never shared with employers, and you can delete it anytime in Settings. If you check a resume without an account, it is used for that check only and not saved.
- Analytics — usage data (pages visited, clicks, approximate location) via PostHog and Google Analytics to improve the site. For signed-in members, PostHog links this activity to your account. We do not sell this data.
How we use your data
- To send the job alerts you signed up for.
- To understand which roles and pages are useful so we can improve the board.
We never sell your email address or personal data to third parties.
Job listings
Job postings on MarTechJobs are aggregated from publicly available company career pages and applicant tracking systems. We link directly to the employer's official application page.
Unsubscribing
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can remove yourself anytime at our unsubscribe page. When you unsubscribe, your email is deleted from our list.
