Tieto Tech Consulting’s team in Bulgaria consists of 500+ professionals specializing in the development of tailored digital solutions in diverse industries. 

We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to join a collaborative Agile/DevOps environment and support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on development, platform support, integrations, and troubleshooting, while working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migration components 

  • Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and daily platform operations 

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and provide application support 

  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes 

  • Perform testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure platform reliability and security 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, deployments, and new features 

  • Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution improvements 

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials 

  • Monitor platform performance and proactively address issues and risks 

  • Recommend improvements to existing processes, integrations, and configurations 

 

Required Experience & Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce development, configuration, or administration 

  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions 

  • Experience building integrations between Salesforce and ERP or enterprise systems 

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata APIs, etc.) 

  • Еxpeerience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development 

  • Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies 

  • Experience with ServiceMax functionality, including Service Flow Manager, Dispatch Processes, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Invoicing, Installed Products, or Go App 

  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms 

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English 

 

A significant advantage would be    

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer
