The role
The BPE for Web, Consumer Data Management & DAM is responsible for process excellence, governance, and continuous improvement across three Marketing Operations capabilities delivered out of the GBS hubs. The role bridges global process standards — set by the BPO — and day-to-day operational delivery. The BPE is the go-to expert for all process, quality, and escalation matters within these three domains.
The three capabilities within this role's scope are:
- Consumer Web Management – operational management of TMICC brand.com websites across markets via Adobe AEM SaaS, covering publishing workflows, site configuration & taxonomy, access provisioning, consent preference management, and shoppability enablement.
- Consumer Data Management (Data-Driven Marketing) – consumer data operations on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud, covering the full campaign lifecycle from audience segmentation and journey build through to deployment, performance reporting, and consent & preference data management.
- Digital Asset Management (DAM) – full lifecycle management of TMICC's digital asset library in Aprimo, from asset ingestion and metadata enrichment through to activation, governance, rights management, performance reporting, and connected packaging operations.
What you'll be responsible for
1. Process Ownership & Standards
- Own process documentation for the GBS-delivered scope across Web, Consumer Data Management, and DAM: SOPs, work instructions, RACI matrices, and process maps
- Ensure global process standards are consistently applied across all markets and delivery models (internal shared services and third-party service providers)
- Act as the primary process expert across Web, Consumer Data Management and DAM operations, working closely with platform specialists
2. Delivery Governance & Quality
- Serve as the primary process and quality interface for operations teams across all three capabilities
- Define and enforce SLAs, quality standards, and ways of working; monitor adherence and drive remediation where needed
- Review and approve process changes, SOPs, and training materials
- Manage operational escalations and ensure timely resolution with the right stakeholders
3. Compliance & Controls
- Maintain governance over system role models and access structures for AEM, Salesforce MC / Data Cloud, and Aprimo
- Ensure day-to-day operations follow agreed privacy and consent standards across all three capabilities
4. Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering
- Act as the GBS process interface for Web, Consumer Data Management, and DAM stakeholders across Central IT, Brand Managers, the Privacy Office, and local markets
- Translate business and market requirements into process changes, prioritised backlogs, and improvement initiatives
- Build trusted relationships across the three-tier operating model: central governance, GBS execution, and local market ownership
- Drive transparency through clear performance reporting and proactive communication of risks and issues
5. Performance Management & KPIs
- Define, track, and report process KPIs and SLAs across all three capabilities
- Produce performance reviews, root-cause analyses, and improvement action plans
- Monitor operational health: web publishing lead times, campaign deployment accuracy, asset turnaround, and consent compliance rates
- Escalate performance risks with clear recommendations and ownership
6. Continuous Improvement & Automation
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives across Web, Consumer Data Management, and DAM operations
- Champion automation opportunities: AI-enabled content personalisation, touchless DAM ingestion, automated segmentation, and dynamic campaign optimisation
- Drive standardisation and simplification to enable consistent execution across markets
- Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, compliance, cost, and risk
7. Capability Building & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain process playbooks, training content, and onboarding materials for all three domains
- Coach and upskill hub team members and delivery partners on TMICC process standards and ways of working
Ensure all process documentation is current, version-controlled, and audit-ready
