About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are seeking a visionary Technical Architect with deep specialization in Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG), Automotive, or Manufacturing sectors, alongside mastery of the Salesforce ecosystem.

In this role, you won't just be designing systems; you will be a Trusted Advisor, guiding our premier enterprise clients through complex digital transformations. You will bridge the gap between ambitious business goals and robust technical execution, maintaining a "Full Stack Mindset" that covers everything from high-level discovery to hands-on deployment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions specifically tailored for RCG, Automotive, or Manufacturing challenges.

  • Trusted Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders. Proactively suggest best practices based on the "latest and greatest" Salesforce releases (including Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Einstein AI).

  • Cross-Cloud Innovation: While rooted in Salesforce, you will explore and integrate solutions across other Industry Clouds (Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, or Revenue Cloud) and third-party ecosystems to ensure the business receives the most efficient solution.

  • Discovery to Go-Live: Own the technical and functional scope throughout the project lifecycle. This includes leading discovery workshops, defining requirements, and ensuring a smooth transition to Go-Live.

  • Team Orchestration: Provide technical governance and mentorship to large, diverse teams of developers and testers, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.

  • Hands-on Excellence: While your focus is strategic, you are willing and able to "get into the weeds" to solve high-complexity technical hurdles or build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Domain & Technical Expertise

  • Multi-Domain Specialist: Extensive experience navigating at least one key industry landscape—Retail & Consumer Goods, Automotive, OR Manufacturing.

  • Salesforce & Industry Cloud Mastery: Proven track record in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, or Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), alongside Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

  • Complex Engagements: Experience leading at least 3+ large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations for global enterprise brands across target industries.

  • Full-Stack Mindset: Comfort working across the entire stack—from UI/UX considerations and Apex/LWC development to complex integrations and data architecture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Domain & Industry Expertise

  • 10+ years in IT with at least 3+ years specifically in Retail/Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, OR Automotive domains.

  • Proven track record of delivering at least 2–3 large-scale, complex engagements for global enterprise brands.

  • Deep understanding of industry-specific flows in at least one of the following areas:

    • RCG: Route-to-market, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Scheme Management, and B2B/B2C Commerce.

    • Manufacturing & Auto: Sales Agreements, Account Forecasting, Vehicle/Asset Lifecycle Management, Partner/Dealer Portals, and Lead Management.

    • Revenue Management: CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Subscription Management, Billing, Contract Lifecycle, and Order Management.

Technical Prowess:

  • Salesforce Mastery: Extensive experience with Apex, LWC, Integrations (REST/SOAP/Middleware), Salesforce Shield, and Industry Data Models (OmniStudio / Industry Cloud Architecture).

  • Architecture Frameworks: Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks; expertise in designing for high-volume data and complex security models.

  • Certifications: Application/System Architect certifications and at least 6 domain badges. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional, or Industry Cloud (Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Automotive) certifications are highly preferred. Agentforce certification is highly preferred.

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage expectations and influence decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Agility: Willing to explore non-traditional Salesforce solutions or external integrations to find the right fit for the business.
