About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Senior Technical Consultant — Agentforce Revenue Cloud Management is a hands-on delivery specialist responsible for executing the CPQ configuration, billing setup, data migration and Agentforce agent implementation workstreams within Revenue Cloud migration waves. Working under the direction of the Technical Architect and Solution Architect, the STC owns specific delivery workstreams end-to-end — including Salesforce CPQ product catalogue configuration, pricing rule builds, contract and subscription data migration, billing schedule setup, ERP integration development and Agentforce revenue agent configuration. The STC also mentors Technical Consultants and ensures factory quality standards are met across all Revenue Cloud deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute Salesforce CPQ configuration — building product catalogue structures, product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, price books, guided selling configurations, approval process setups, quote templates and amendment/renewal logic as specified in the Technical Architect's CPQ solution design.

  • Execute product catalogue and pricing data migration — running the full data migration lifecycle for CPQ objects: loading products, price book entries, pricing tiers, bundle configurations and discount structures using Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API and ETL pipelines — validating record counts and pricing logic post-load.

  • Migrate active contracts and subscription records — transforming legacy contract records to Salesforce object schema, loading Contract, Subscription, Asset and Order objects, preserving relationship integrity and validating amendment/renewal eligibility post-migration.

  • Configure Salesforce Billing — setting up billing schedules, invoice templates, payment terms, usage-based billing configurations, tax engine integration settings and dunning workflow automation as directed by the TA.

  • Develop Apex components for Revenue Cloud migration — writing Batch Apex for bulk CPQ/Billing data migration, SBQQ plugin override classes, custom price calculation triggers, quote calculation hooks and REST callout adapters for ERP integration.

  • Implement Agentforce revenue agents — configuring Agentforce agent topics, instructions, standard and custom Apex actions for revenue use cases (quote-assist, renewal agents, deal desk agents) as specified in the Solution Architect's agent blueprint.

  • Build migration validation and reconciliation tooling — developing LWC dashboards, Salesforce Flow orchestrations and Apex batch utilities for CPQ quote validation, contract record reconciliation and billing schedule verification.

  • Develop ERP integration components — building REST/SOAP callout adapters and Platform Event subscribers for Salesforce Billing-to-ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) data flows as directed by the Technical Architect.

  • Execute and manage dry run cycles — coordinating CPQ and billing data migration dry runs: loading data into SIT/UAT environments, validating pricing rule outputs, confirming billing schedule generation and iterating to dry run sign-off.

  • Support go-live cutover execution — executing final CPQ/Billing data loads, validating product catalogue integrity, confirming active contract migration completeness and activating Agentforce agents.

  • Prepare technical handover documentation — producing CPQ configuration workbooks, pricing rule documentation, contract migration mapping sheets and Agentforce agent configuration guides for client team handover.

  • Mentor Technical Consultants — reviewing TC CPQ configuration and data migration work, explaining Revenue Cloud platform patterns and unblocking technical issues aligned to factory standards.

  • Contribute to the factory accelerator library — after every wave, updating CPQ config templates, pricing rule patterns, contract migration scripts, Agentforce prompt and action libraries and billing validation tools.

CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS — MUST HAVE

  • Salesforce CPQ (SBQQ) — Hands-On Configuration: Proven ability to configure Salesforce CPQ end-to-end — products, price books, product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, bundle configuration, guided selling, approval workflows, quote templates and amendment/renewal logic.

  • Salesforce Billing Configuration: Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce Billing — billing schedules, invoice generation, usage-based billing, payment terms, tax engine integration and dunning workflows.

  • CPQ & Billing Data Migration Execution: Demonstrated experience loading high-volume CPQ and Billing objects — Products, PricebookEntries, Contracts, Subscriptions, Assets, Orders — using Salesforce Data Loader, Bulk API and ETL pipelines.

  • Agentforce Configuration: Working knowledge of Agentforce agent topics, instructions, standard actions and custom Apex actions — sufficient to implement revenue agent blueprints defined by the Solution Architect.

  • Apex & Platform Development: Solid Apex development skills — Batch Apex for CPQ/Billing data migration, Schedulable classes, SBQQ plugin overrides, Apex trigger frameworks, REST callout adapters for ERP integration and Apex test classes.

  • Lightning Web Components & Salesforce Flow: Ability to build LWC migration dashboards, CPQ validation UIs and Salesforce Flow orchestrations as internal factory tooling.

  • ERP Integration Development: Experience developing REST/SOAP callout handlers and Platform Event subscribers for Salesforce Billing-to-ERP (SAP, Oracle or NetSuite) integration.

  • ETL Tools & Data Loading: Experience using at least one ETL tool (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory) for extracting and transforming legacy CPQ, contract and billing data.

  • Data Architecture — CPQ Objects: Understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model — Quote, Quote Line, Product, Price Book, Contract, Subscription, Asset, Order and Billing object relationships.

  • CI/CD & Source Control: Comfortable in Salesforce DX and Git-based workflows — committing Apex code and CPQ metadata, following branching conventions and using Gearset/Copado.

PREFERRED SKILLS — GOOD TO HAVE

  • Experience migrating from Apttus/Conga CPQ, Zuora, Oracle CPQ or Salesforce Classic CPQ (Big Machines) to Salesforce Revenue Cloud

  • Knowledge of Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) — dynamic revenue contracts and flexible pricing model configuration

  •  of Salesforce Subscription Management for direct-to-consumer billing model configuration

  • Experience with multi-currency CPQ configuration and multi-entity billing setups for global enterprise clients

  • Knowledge of payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Adyen, Zuora) at the implementation level

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8 years of Salesforce platform delivery experience with a focus on CPQ, billing and revenue operations

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration experience across at least 2 CPQ implementations or migrations

  • Demonstrated experience executing CPQ and contract data migrations — loading Products, Contracts, Subscriptions and Assets with relationship integrity at scale

  • Hands-on Apex development experience — particularly Batch Apex for data migration, SBQQ plugin overrides and REST callout adapters

  • Experience mentoring junior Technical Consultants on CPQ configuration and data migration tasks
