Product Marketing Manager, AI and Marketing Operations

US, CA, Santa Clara Full-time

NVIDIA is advancing how engineers design products, semiconductor companies build next-generation chips, and organizations understand weather and climate through accelerated computing and AI! Our team markets NVIDIA PhysicsNeMo for AI physics, Earth-2 for weather and climate, and accelerated engineering and simulation with CUDA-X libraries. These efforts span computational engineering, including automotive and aerospace engineering, semiconductor design and manufacturing, and weather and climate forecasting, in collaboration with NVIDIA’s broader Physical AI and Omniverse teams.

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager, AI and Marketing Operations to connect overlapping launches, content programs, partner activities, and major events. This role combines product marketing judgment with organizational skill to turn cross-team efforts into coordinated execution. It also offers the opportunity to build AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency and reveal how our messages are reaching the market.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bring together product marketing, engineering, developer relations, and industry teams to plan launches and events, resolve dependencies, and keep shared results on track.

  • Coordinate PMMs, technical marketing, creative, events, and communications teams around clear owners, timelines, reviews, and handoffs.

  • Lead launch-readiness reviews, track decisions and dependencies, and surface risks and resource constraints with practical recommendations.

  • Develop AI-enabled workflows for status reporting, content organization, research summaries, and coverage tracking, with checks for accuracy and usability.

  • Measure share of voice and industry coverage to identify which topics, messages, and competitors are gaining attention.

  • Translate program data into concise reports that connect marketing activity with results and guide improvements.

  • Create reusable templates, asset libraries, and approval processes that reduce duplicated work and keep content and assets aligned with product messaging and technical claims

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, a technical subject area (or equivalent experience) with 4+ years experience

  • Proven experience in product marketing, marketing operations, go-to-market operations, program management, or a related technology-industry role.

  • A track record of managing cross-functional programs, competing priorities, and dependencies from planning through delivery.

  • Strong marketing judgment and written and verbal communication, and the ability to bring technical or scientific stories to wide-ranging audiences.

  • Hands-on application of AI tools or automation to improve a real workflow, with attention to output quality and responsible use.

  • Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to developer, partner, and industry audiences.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • A background supporting launches or major events in AI, accelerated computing, engineering software, or semiconductors.

  • A portfolio of useful automations built with AI assistants, low-code platforms, scripting, or APIs.

  • Familiarity with media monitoring, competitive analysis, and share-of-voice measurement.

  • Knowledge of technical content production, including engineering validation, legal review, and brand approval.
